Dr. Kalam got it right, we need self dependency. We have the expertise to develop what we need. Uranium is expensive and trade is very strictly monitored. The answer to our energy needs is not a slave treaty with U.S. but to develop indigenious technology. We still have untapped hydro-energy potential.
