When we can't build and automobile engine its stupid to dream of being self reliant in nuclear energy. Having seen the tatas noisy Indica engine I hope similar stuff from them again. And Vijay I disagree that we can actually build technology. The best of brains from around the world come together to develop technology in the US. How can we match them when our best brains migrate there.
