Wrong to compare
by JAILAL JALALUDEEN on Oct 25, 2007 10:52 AM

After reading most of the comments ( a lot I agree with and a few seems absurd and out of context as usual ) I feel that it is wrong to compare any of our major cities as they have their own strength, beauty and ugliness. All were developed on different strengths, all have different cultures eventhough most of them are getting more cosmo , thanks to the huge floating and migrant population. Defenitely all cities are improving in terms of infrastructure, but the growth was so fast and indisciplined, some cities couldn't cope up and got bust up, but things will change and it may take time. But I am glad that every city has a heart and accepts everyone, gives space for every one, forget bad roads, salty water, hot and humid climate... there are plus points to cover up all these and advnatages which are not to be compared out of context. Those who cannot bear the bad side should better stick with our most beautiful villages. City life - we must learn to adjust and adopt. There is something for everyone .... Happy living..:-)
