Cap and roll back of nuke weapons are never in Indian future security interests or self respect and takes away the greatest equalizer against all kinds of black mails from China etc.. India must with time upgrade its deployed nuke weapons .A pat on the back from the west or a tooth less seat on the security council %u2013without veto power- is something that appeals to deluded fools and western direct or indirect agents. If west wants this special relation ship so bad and it appears they do the MUST lift all technology , sanctions the applied in unjust manner without any deal.
