you are providing a very valuable vision on this. but it is 4 years too late, i am afraid. vajpayee opened the pandora's box 4 years back when he started lahore dillie bus line whimsically, without allowing a national debate - so much for indian democracy. it was, of course, nda cabinet decision, and i am glad bjp lost under vajpayee. but things could be different under bjp led by modi.
