All terrorist you see today including the camps were concieved by the US to fight Russia while she was mired in Afghanistan, on top of that these religiously inclined groups were promised a Muslim State in Afghanistan which is why Osama also moved there after the Russians left, US then packed and left conveniently saying goodbye to Pakistan and asking it to bottle them up somehow, eventually you see what you see so whose to blame?
