Islamic countries as a rule cannot be democratic. Any attempt to impose democracy in an islamic country inevitably brings terrorists into power.
As a rule, further, an islamic country, wherever it is a neighbor of a non-islamic country is a menace, and supports/encourages/operates terrorism in non-islamic country.
e.g. Malaysia supports muslim terrorism in South Thailand. Pakistan and Banlgadesh support terrorism in India. Most Arab countries support terrorism in Israel. The European hub of islamists, i.e. Londonistan supprts terrorsim in Europe.
