Regardless of how our dear Karat and Yechuri toot their red horns, China,a Maoist cradle, is committed to only one thing - domination of Han race. How they do it is anybody's guess.
Hackers do attack, no matter what you do to protect your precious systems. It's their job. They are some of the most creative people on the planet. Put yourself in their shoes and think like them. May their tribe increase in India to keep these sarkari minds sharp and alert :)
