They can do it while we follow commands of IBM's , M-softs and so on. We don't even want to develop common language to communicate among Indians. The Chinese are decided on Mandarin and there is no conflict with other local dialects. Maybe the Angrez could not build the separatist felling in among Chinese as did with among South & North-East people of India thus established the rule of English even after they left.
