Why you blame only blue lines? The real culprit is the traffic police. I am routine traveler in a chartered bus and that bus has to give in each main traffic - point Rs. 300 and the sub-points Rs 200 per month and the festive season some extra and there is a police gp called %u201C5 number%u201D their bribe starts from Rs. 2000 onwards otherwise they challan it for Rs. 5000 onwards. This is the same happening in the blue line operators as they have to struggle in between the expenses (bribe, other repairs, staff salary, etc) and so the cause of the tourist buses, autos, taxis -victims of this police brigade.
