Pankaj how many times have you come across the accidents made by BEST?
Why blame Mumbai traffic, just go to Bandra, Khar, Vile Parle, Andheri, Mantralaya region, nereby express highway (Some nicer areas) and you will get your doubts cleared. Just try to take a left turn withouht having a look at red signal and you will be cought by a traffic cop! There are atleast 2 cops at every signal and cross sections to vigil, it's a different story altogether that you can get away by bribing them, but never the less, you try to behave rationally once you know their presence.
Forget about BEST, do you mind comparing aotos and taxis with Mumbai ones? Look at the delipited conditions in which the passengers have to travel in Delhi.
