Number one culprit is police, I lived in delhi for 7 years. And since 7 year I am watching blue line buses breaking rules. They over speed, they are molest women, they are kind of gundas and above all we have enuch police and politician who not dare to stop them. Police's erection is already stopped by low salaries and bribes so Indian public do not any faith in Police and judiciary system. Well you write that many big fish owns blue line buses, but rediff you too a kind of enuch, you can not dare to write these big fish names. If media behaves like such timid then we should not hope that things going to be change.
