Blue line
by arungopal agarwal on Oct 19, 2007 01:15 PM

Everyone is speaking against these buses without giving concrete solution. No doubt, the conductors and drivers of these buses are always in haste soas to earn maximum. But what our Traffic Police fellows, one can see on each and every red light are doing? Just overlooking. They are busy in making challans for private car owners/two wheelers to warm their own pockets. They do not want to control the pedestarians, cyclists, riksaws, etc., who do not follow any traffic rule. At many places infrastructure is very poor to cater the mass population. In case Blue line is banned, same drivers and conductors will ply other buses.
We should better administer the traffic instead of crying. We should also accept, Delhi has a population of more than 1.5 crores, equal to a many countries, An awareness at all levels will reduce the risk.
