BJP withdrew from the agreement as they did not want US to access our nuke developments nor stop the indigenous research and development activities. Even as of today India has no objections for IAEI and 123 agreement (As per the scientists) but the Hyde Act and CTBT is of much concerns to our developments, as once we stop the developments and research we will be dependent on the NSG for the supply of fuel forever. In short with the 123 agreement into force India will have to close all its research activities related to Nuclear field, this will in turn have a brain wash from our country to US or other countries in next 25 years we will have no fuel no research no one to work on this technology and will be heavily dependent on the NSG group for everything. Secondly the US is mingling with our foreign policies thru its dirty pressure techniques; see for the case of Saddam%u2019s hanging, Iran N issue, Burma trouble, etc. In short dont just look at the N-deal, look at the complete picture. I might be wrong can someone correct me.
