Well as of now India is getting more dollars from everywhere. And what is RBI doing with $250 billion reserves?? Guess.... Its putting it in the Bonds issued by American govt much like what Chinese and Japanese are doing with their $750 billion... So effectively they are invested in bonds giving us a return of 2%... Aren't we subsidizing US? We sell them goods and software... then give them money to buy these good at 2% interest.... What's the harm if this money goes to buy Nuclear Reactors and fuels???
