Keeping Hindus divided and trying to increase the gulf dividing them by showering peanuts like reservations, is a secular activity. By keeping Hindus divided, the seculars are giving choice to Muslims to unite with faction they like. If Hindus start behaving like a monolith, Muslims will have no choice but to unite with the monolith. Thus working for Hindu-Hindu unity is the most secular service one can do for the country. By this definition, Modi is the only secular leader in the country. You should have no objections to voting for him.
