your understanding on this subject is wrong. Austrilia earlier taken a position that if India has the treaty then they would consider giving Uranium. But now the ground reality has changed and Austrilia hasn't signed any agreement with India on this and it's not that Austrilia has withdrawn from its earlier stated position.
