During Keshubahi PAtel`s governemnt, Keshubahi APtels`s has no control over ministers. People never seen ministers at incidents/accident to expedite relief efforts. First priority was to do personnel buissness and resonsibility as minister is second priority.
In Modi`s governemnt.... Relevant ministers have been seen at incident/accident within coupl of hours. They have to drop personnel thing, when Modi phoned them to go and expedite things.....No excuse.
