The Gujarat riots were a spontaneous reaction to the outrageous Godhra train carnage. The CM of the state cannot be held responsible in such cases. It is the UPA-Left and their NGO supporters, who are foreign-funded, who are actually guilty of fomenting trouble in Gujarat and polarizing the society along caste and communal lines.
