Please define abiding interest. Please let me know how the actions of bureaucrats and political leaders could be tested for compliance with the 'abiding national interests'. Please let me know if actions and doers that are not compliant with abiding national interest will be dealt with by the law. Or, are both the law and abiding national interests merely hypothetical things.
