place jammers in important places...

I suggest the governments to place mobile phone jammers in all important holy places and people gatherings like cinema hall,auditorium,etc.
Sim cards should be sold only under strict vigilance.there should be strict rules and guidelines before a SIM card is sold to a person.This is good in all ways.
