fitr = distorted pitr (sanskrit)
Id ul-Fitr = prayer of pitr (forefathers)
muslims go to grave and pray for succour this day (a copy of hindu shraddh paksh, which falls in the same duration)
ramzan = ramah daan (charity for Bhagwan Ram) muslims give charity during this month rama daan
