When i have said India as Hindu state. I know u r muslim...Under Sikh..... India is secular because Hindu are majority. Second According to Allahabad High Court,One of the Judge has argumented that Hindus are Sikhs,Jain,Budhism and Hindu. The other religion like Islam,Christian (Not the origin) are outsiders.Here they can freely practice their religion.
