When u watch Mahesh/Pooja Bhatt films like DHOKA and see how this is accepted by Indian audience with no outrage, you realize how low Indian perception terror and what causes it is. I dont think India has the will, or the understanding and least of all ability to contain terror. The best India can do is to align itself with USA. That is the only nation with a spine.
