I fully agree. China is not comfortable with India progressing on any front. SO they are instructing their camp followers to deny the nuclear opportunity. CHINA IS THE LARGEST BUYER OF URANIUM IN THE WORLD. Secondly, whatever may be the faults of USA, in the 1962 war, only USA came to our help and our allies USSR said that they are not willing to help a friend against a brother (China). That just goes to show that communists are basically unreliable and cannot be trusted for national good.Their instructions come from China.
