Dr Manmohan Singh's Colleagues ,now seem to be clear ,that the fat of this Indo-US Deal in offing is subject to many many big "IFS" ..like the possibility of US Congress allowing the lame Duck Bush get away lessening the rigours of the existing Whyte Law against Nuclear Tests and Rogue states against indulging in Nuclear Proliferation... Muslim Vote Bank, and communist critique of Manmohanomics playing second fiddle to US Crony Capitalism and worse...His own colleagues care two hoots as long as they enjoy absolutely unmerited luxuries in basking in the reflected glory of dome and vistas of Lutyen's city -Scape in the national capital..They cannot care less ,as long as they go on sojourning World Capitals at public Costs and make inane presentations at vatrious Fora where no one bothers about what they routinely parrot..D.
