Unless we can see these attacks above religion, they cannot be resolved. It is for us all to identify those involved and take very strong action to send a strong signal. That is the way China has handled these forms of terrorism, so that the majority can go about their lives.
No point in taking a holier than thou attitude and engaging in endless debates. All are against these forms of attacks on innocents and those involved should be put away summararily. For that all political & religious heads should cooperate. They should all make a statement they are against all forms of terrorism.
We should have separate machinery to handle these forms of attacks expeditiously.
