One 'astroleger' of Gowdas has predicted that Kumaraswamy will become the Prime Minister of India.. So, hold Ur horses! India will soon become a developed nation, super power. If any bureaucrat wants transfer back to his/her home state where they can mint more money, just wait a little. Your number will come soon! Jai Hind!
