this is a misunderstanding. Jyoti Basu etc belong to a group of communists who are derisively called millionaire communists. They rake in good moolaah by way of big deals. Some such leaders just want to prolong the life of central government so that they can get foreign investments and make some money in the process. The last true communist died with the death of Lenin.
