When Congress ordered dismissal of the Govt. how it can survive? Where is the need for the Gov. to consult Constituional and Legal Experts. He should have dismissed the Govt. and recommended for President's Rule the moment BJP withdrew its support formally. But the waiting was to know whether Congress supports any hotchpotch arrangement.
