Yelchuru Bhaskar All sounds great. WE had time for all these before this agreement. You idea is good. When comes to INDIA and its politicians nothing gonna get done not in this 21st century.They cant even solve Kaveri,Mullaperiyar problems . India need outside help and know how. GET REAL.
