I think it is true that, once Bush met Vajpai in Delhi and offerd him Indian Whisky. Bush was so surprised and rejected the offer as he gave up long time ago. Its not a secret that Vajpai is a heavy drinker. But I am finding no problem with that as long as he can function well.
