Not to offend any religious beliefs, but y interfere with nature just for religious purpose. 1 need not prove to any God his faith in Him by circumsicing. There r better ways for example, by having purity of mind heart n soul,strength of character and virtuous living. If nature(which is a part of almighty) has given the human body something, then y remove it? As far as not contracting HIV AIDS or any diseases is concerened, y hav sexual relation with prostitutes or infected person. restrain from it and u wont get such diseases. Hav relationship with 1 trusted partner n u wont get such diseases.Dont hav multiple partners. by having good character u can appease God rather than cirmcising n sharing bed with multiple partners, whatever his/her religion may be.
