Mr... your views are very realistic and practical.Muslims in Indian sub-continent were Hindus,which is true.But which kind of Hindus were they ? Answer is,those who converted to islam for charities and favors.Hindus and Sikhs of today are the successors of those Hindus who prefered death,exile and hardships to surrender.
It is pointless to fall in onesided love affair with people of fanatic,intolerant and violent ideology.
I do not see much wrong in accepting reality that muslims are integral part of Indian society.What concerns me is the politics of appeasement.Politicians want to leave each other behind in it !!!!
India is the only victim country who has special rules and laws for opressors even after loosing a vast territory to them.
But fanaticism is breathing last in changed world scenario,it is as sure.
