Court rightly sees a bandh as an inconvenience to others who don%u2019t take part in the declared activity. A bandh entirely paralyses the normal public activity even with psychic terror! Courts were right and were within their powers to interfere to stop such anarchy! In fact, it%u2019s court%u2019s duty|! Every Tom, Dick and Harry SHOULD OBSERVE STRICT DISCIPLINE IN THE NATION TO ENSURE THAT THEY R NEVER IN ANY WAY EITHER INTERFERE OR HARM IN ANY WAY IN THEIR NORMAL FUNCIONING IN A HARMLESS WAYS! Any one who goes or incites others to destabilize the normalcy in any way courts will tsu moto come to the rescue of the law abiding man to ensure that he is in no way either disturbed or harmed.
