Congress dont like to spend even a single rupee on education just because once people get educated then they will know the truth and they will never vote for them. All uneducated people in villages think that these so called sucking sonia/rahul gandhis are related to mahamtma and voting for them. Once they came to know that these guys are cheating just using gandhi name they will kick them to italy. From nehru to sonia all are doing same things always talk about reservations etc and dont spend money on education they want everyone uneducated so that they can be in power. Lallu did the samething for bihar.. And communists sucks in a big way..
