1947 partition riots were begun with hindus (sikhs) in pak. kiiled by muslims.......
and by the way.......u r right that under Modi's government 2000 (mostly muslims) people at most killed during gujarat riots, but if Modi was not there.......it could be 20,000. its bcoz his quick actions to control the riots within 4 days....lot of people survived......otherwise so called secular party - congress ruled neighbouring state government (maharashta , rajasthan, madhya pradesh, chattisgarh, bihar) then denied police force to control gujarat riots.
