Deve Gowda is a permanent destroyer. He did the same thing to RK Hegde. He always slept in Parliament. He can never be expected to grow and will ever remain nothing more than a street politician. He has beaten all Haryana and Bihar politicians in lowliness. I wonder how BJP could trust this third grade, retrograde, treacherous and shameless politician called Deve Gowda who has nothing to claim except destruction.
