England, Wales , Scotland have different team( rugby, football etc) to participate in international tournament. But all three are one country called United Kingdom , doing very well Perhaps few tamil people want Tamil nadu team%u2019s right to participate in international tournaments ., But Tamil nadu team will not sustain international competition
