Congrats for Karuna for successfully fasting for 3 hours, which nobody can do. This shows he does not have interest in the project and he does not have belief on himself. If he has decided to go for 12 hours fasting, he should have continued his fasting and asking chief secretery to retain the normal public life. His activity shows his cowardness than his courage.
