I think the citizens of India should respect Supreme Court and its directives. TN should have respected its authority first and may be have a dialogue with it. TN has every right to have a peaceful procession but a bandh leads to lot of chaos in day to day life. I mean it applies to any govt in any state. Bandh effects normal life. And citizens should not suffer because of bandhs.
