It is false propoganda. It is tragic that sikhs were killed but there is no evidence to indict Tytler. There was only one - note only one - witness who heard something inflammatory from him and he is no where. Even then is it fair to indict anyone on the evidence of only one witness. Moreover after the report of ATR was passed by Parliament with majority vote. Then why hound a person who is clean on the lawe of the country. It is witch hunting and nothing else.
