Why does Jasbir Singh have to come down from California?
Don't we have an India Mission in the US to record his statement that the Courts can rely on?
It will be a month (almost) since he's agreed to testify.
CBI should do a video conference and book Tytler, before he disappears.
Let's see justice before the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case is put to bed.
