UPHAAR justice in 10 years , 1984 justice when ??????????

Victims of UPHAAR fire tradgedy waited for 10 long years for justice but they got justice finally.

For the victims of 1984 riots the wait has been 23 years long and counting. Do you think this wait will ever end ............???????????
