I have my friends, sister and wife in IT industry, working for varied companies as WIPRO, TCS, HP, all of have had some of the best employers who have allowed them to work from home. She must be talking of some swaetshop and generalising with IT majors. Please get your facts right before talking. Most of the IT & ITES Majors celebrate motherhood, please do not talk ill of them to get cheap publicity.
