Huzefa: Gujarat is not prospering because of NRI money, Gujarat is prospering because it is seen worldwide as an excellent state for investing in. Modi is not an economist, but he is bright enough to understand that people want progress and therefore he needs to attract investments by implementing business-friendly policies. That said, I am not condoning the communal violence in Gujarat at all. Surely the guilty should be brought to justice, but by harping on Modi's negligence too much, people forget the people around him that are equally culpable.
