Election a farce

What is the necessity of election in Pakistan? Soon after the new PM is sworn in, he/she has to pack their belongings and fly to some other country and live in exile as Musharraf or some other army chief over-throws them.

Shall we send our Lalu or Gowda to help the common Pakistanis?
