If the Malaysian government has not still granted citizenship to Indian indentured workers who have gone to that country 150 years ago, Indian govt has a duty to diplomatically persuade Malaysia to grant them citizenship rights. All countries in the world grant citizenship rights to people who were born in those countries. It is a natural right. There are also forums under the United Nations, such as the UN's Human Rights Commission,which must be approached to get justice for those hapless Malaysian Indians.
