Commonwealth General Secretary

At the out set I congratulate Shri Kamlesh Sharma on his election to the post of Commonwealth General Secretary.
It is a big achievement for India keeping in view defeat of Mr.Throor in United Nations General Secretary's election. It increases the importance of India in international arena.
