ppl in maharashtra r the ones facing load shedding of power n even cities like mumbai (so-called shanghai makeover by the PM 'mannu') is not spared not to talk of remote rural areas. this is the development of congress ruled states.
its the blind propaganda of ppl who r anti-modi n anti-gujarat who sees everything wrong in gujarat.
